Welcoming service: One of our most important services is our policy of meeting students at the airport or bus terminal in Macas and taking them to our home, regardless of the time and day of arrival. This service is free, and we find that students are really grateful to be met when firstly they get here, as this means someone is at hand to help you, and to get you to our house swiftly and safely.

We can pick you up at the International airport in Quito, arrange a day or night in Quito, then to continue to Sucua.

Luggage storage: We have a storage room where you can leave your luggage safely – very useful when you go traveling but don't want to take everything with you. We also have a laundry service which you can use if you need to.

Tourism: We have a large amount of tourist information, which covers amongst other things, the Amazon jungle, the Galapagos Islands, hiking and mountaineering opportunities, coastal resorts etc. We are always happy to answer your questions about our country and help you organize your travels. We also have links with reliable travel agents who give our students discounts.

Emergencies: We provide all students with a phone number for you to call in case of any kind of emergency. This number is answered 24 hours a day.
