Registration
The enrollment process is easy and fast. Students have to complete the online form and then we book all requested services in advance (course, accommodation, airport transfer, etc). The payment will be due on your first course day and can be settled by cash payment.
We will send you all information by e-mail to confirm and show you all your bookings. This process only takes 24 - 48 hours. In this way we can guarantee the exact type of program you request, offering the best service.
Please note that any bank charges or commission in connection with bank transfers are not included in our prices and should be covered by the student.

Course information
The tuition is basis on one to one
Including:
- Placement test
- Learning materials and supplies
- Certificate

One (1) hour of classes = 60 minutes.

The minimum age to enrol is 18 years.
Minimum Course Duration is 1 week, but we recommend a minimum course duration of two weeks.

Activities & Weekend trips
We organize some activities during of the week and most of the weekends, we organize weekend trips, all students are invite to share with us of these social activities. Entrances fees, transportation, accommodations and other expenses in Museum, restaurants, etc, Each student must to pay it.

Liability If the spanish program is not performed according to the contractual agreement, then the liability of Spanish Learning Program "Amazon" depends on the national laws. The customer can request compensation for which Spanish Learning Program "Amazon" has the right to refuse if deemed unreasonable. Spanish Learning Program "Amazon" will try and rectify any situation to provide an equal quality of spanish program.

In the case of reoccurring poor performance the student is obliged to immediately complain to the Spanish Learning Program "Amazon" office or its representative, usually the teacher, stating the problems experienced. If the student does not raise the issue to the Spanish Learning Program "Amazon" office or its representative, he/she cannot later claim any contractual compensation.

The cancellation of the spanish program contract by the student due to quality issues that substantially impair the spanish program is only permissible if Spanish Learning Program "Amazon" has not carried out reasonable attempts to rectify any shortcomings.

Filing of a claim
If the student wishes to file a claim against Spanish Learning Program "Amazon" for compensation due to failure to comply with contractual obligations, then the student must announce to Spanish Learning Program "Amazon" there intentions within one month from the termination of the contractually agreed spanish program. Service providers, teachers or other local agencies are not authorized to the receive claims.

Claims being made for unlawful actions by Spanish Learning Program "Amazon" must be submitted within 3 years of the termination of the spanish program contract as per international law. The place of jurisdiction for any claim is Sucua, Ecuador.

Limitation of liability The contractual liability of Spanish Learning Program "Amazon" for any personal injuries is limited to a maximum value of the spanish program price, assuming negligence on behalf of Spanish Learning Program "Amazon".

Compensation sought for damage to persons or property due to negligence by service providers must be directed at the service provider and is not the responsibility of Spanish Learning Program "Amazon".

Please note that for Activities & Weekend trips like mountain climbing, rafting, trekking and expeditions there is an increased risk of accidents due to the nature of these adventure sports (e.g. avalanches, falling rocks, column fall, water travel, river crossings etc.). These risks are ever present and cannot be reduced or excluded even by the most prudent and precautious care of the assigned guides/tour leaders. Therefore the participation in adventure activities like mountain climbing, rafting, trekking, horseback riding, rafting, mountain bike tours and general expeditions or tours involving even minimal elements of danger, are always at the students own risk and responsibility.

Contract adjournment with unusual circumstances
If the spanish program, activities & weekend trips is substantially difficult or dangerous and incorporates risk of any nature due to unusual circumstances (e.g. war, strike, unrests, epidemic diseases, sovereign arrangement, among others), then both the student and Spanish Learning Program "Amazon". can withdraw from or cancel the spanish program contract.

In the case of emergency procedures for unforeseen circumstances the student is liable for the full extent of the incurred costs (e.g. hospitalization, additional accommodation and food) with the exception of emergency transportation to which Spanish Learning Program "Amazon". will contribute up to 50% of the total cost. Any further demands are excluded.

Entry and health regulations
The student is responsible for meeting any entry and health regulations and insures, to have health insurance, passport, customs requirements, visas, and currency import regulations on their own and at their own costs. All disadvantages and charges which arise from disregard to these regulations are accountable to the client even if regulation changes have been modified after the reservation was made. If at all possible, Spanish Learning Program "Amazon". will inform students of important modifications to the general regulations as described in the spanish program descriptions of the spanish classes or others before the start of the spanish program.

Refunds & cancellations

We do not refund any payments if a student chooses to leave of spanish program that has started .

We do not refund for student illness or student absence during a spanish classes, the student could be take this classes in the end of the course.
