Volunteer work is a way for you to do incredible things in another country and another culture. You will get the real opportunity to learn Spanish and whilst being immersed in Ecuadorian culture and language you get a much beter chance to start communicating. You also learn some valuable skills and experience and demonstrate solidarity towards organizations that need your help. It's a reciprocal process that benefits both you and your workplace. By such an interchange, you will take part in improving the world by making friendships across boarders and by emphasizing values such as tolerance and peace. It's a chance for you to leave your home country for a few days, weeks or in the case of many months, to have an adventure, make new friends and to do something productive, memorable and unique.
